graphic: absolutely outstanding. i can see perfectly clear their faces, their movement and the surroundings too. love how the crews worked on the main characters for Tangled. *the Rapunzel is gorgeous and Flynn a.k.a Eugene is kinda cute. hehe. oh BTW, Pascal, the chameleon is undoubtedly funny with his colourful skins while the brave horse, Maximus is perfect on showing his fighting style. *seriously XD
characters: the main character is utterly Rapunzel with her shining, extremely long, golden hair. but in this movie, Rapunzel actually kinda naive and cool, *with her frying pan, but Flynn, i called him Eugene, is a thief who totally useless, *literally, but kind-hearted. the main antagonist is Ms. Gothel, *real BAD woman!, and the idiotic twins, *sorry, i forgot their names, and the King and Queen, *Rapunzel real parents. oh, don't forget Eugene 'friends'. they are laughable in their own ways. *wink.
plot: let's talk about the storyline. as you all might guess, this story is a remake of a fairytale, Rapunzel who lived in a tall tower who raised by Ms. Gothel but actually a missing princess. but Tangled serves a different plot. Flynn Rider is a thief, a good ones and accidentally stumbled upon the hidden tower. and captured by Rapunzel who lived in there. okay, this how it goes. Rapunzel actually has a power, when she sings, her hair will glitter and can heal wound and also, make OLD-OLD-OLD Ms. Gothel be a young woman back. that's the main reason why she kidnapped the baby Rapunzel. time passed by and at age 18, she wants to go to the outside world to see the day when thousand of lanterns released to remember the lost princess. but she needs a guide and OFC, it will be our Mr. Thief. so their adventure begins... along with Pascal and Maximus. *funny adventure but also saddened.
moral values: i like a story with moral values and in Tangled, there a lot of moral values to be learnt. First, love. okayyyy, we all know the ending right? remember, it's a fairytale. what kind of fairytale if there is no love? *but no hot-charming prince riding a white horse, ok? haha. Second, dream. i really love the part when the lanterns released to the sky. it was beautiful. amazing view. watching the lanterns was Rapunzel dream and seeing all the lanterns went up to the sky, i really felt something. the lantern itself represents something. dream. hope. pray. and that, what makes the Tangled is a great movie.
ratings: i would say, 4 out of 5. i am a fan of cartoons and also movies. and i think Tangled deserves this kind of ratings. even though it is a musical-romantic-comedy-fairytale-with-a-little-twists but i like it. i think one hour 40 minutes of my life is worthy. *i guess :D
p/s: i believe everyone has dream. i have mine too :)
