Johnny English

Here's the thing; I did watch Johnny English THE first but only halfway through. I'm getting drowsy at the middle - no one's fault, though. However, I watched the second one with my lil sis and R. Enjoy the review :)

Plot: Mr. Bean is back!(My lil sis knew Rowan Atkinson as Mr. Bean - don't blame me, fellas) Anyhow, this movie focused to Johnny English - a seemingly dorky-plus-egoistic-plus-narcissistic-plus-ordinary guy but he is actually a spy who unfortunately was fired from his job because of his failure in his last mission. However, he has a chance to clear his name by finding a real culprit behind his last mission when he's called back to be a spy. (That...is how the story goes...I think.)

Characters: Mr. Bean and Mr. Bean and Mr. Bean? Okay joking. There is...Mr. Bean(?), Rosamund Pike as a psychiatrist (I think) who eventually falls in love to him (I KNOW!) and Dominic West as the antagonist. Johnny has a sidekick in this movie too :)

Moral Values: So as I watched the movie, I kept on finding the moral values but I can figure out only one moral value - forgive me for being ignorant - and it was; never ever EVER ever judge book by its cover. Hello, Mr. Bean is the spy in this movie. He is probably one of the dense man I've ever met. Besides, don't take an old-fragile-looking woman cannot kill. She is the scariest nanny I've ever known! I mean it, people xD

Ratings: I would give 3 out of 5. The movie is hilarious - I mean it. I laughed from the start till the end - especially when the broken chair scene. I laughed real hard at that scene. Even though it was enjoyable and funny, it doesn't have the 'wow' factors you often see in action movie. Spying is an action but in Johnny English Reborn, it's not. It's a comedy.

p/s: Mr. Bean is the only reason my sister and I needed to go and buy the tickets and watch it. It's maybe the only reason you need too :D
